The Lake Don Pedro Community Services District Board of Directors have voted to hire an interim general manager/operations supervisor.

In a special meeting Tuesday, October 13, the board voted 3-2 to hire Lake Don Pedro resident Jeff Mann to fill the opening. They also voted 3-2 to pay him a salary of $85,000 plus benefits.

Vice President Wes Barton and directors Sally Punte and Charles Day voted for the appointment; directors Emery Ross and William Kinsella voted against.

Mann was directed to begin work “immediately.”
